In the top right hand corner click “Sign In”. Here you will create an account or login with a previously made account. FFA chapters, 4-H clubs, and families can also create accounts to enter multiple exhibitors on one submission as either a “club” or a “quick group”. Once logged in, ensure that all of the exhibitor information is accurate and complete.
Once logged in, click “continue”. Here you will see a button labeled “Add Entries for ___”. Navigate to that button to add an animal for the exhibitor. You will be prompted to choose the department, division, and enter additional information for the animal for this exhibitor.If you are entering an animal that had to validate, their validation number (Last 6 digits of electronic 840) will pop up under the division you validated them for ONLY.PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IF ARE FAMILY ENTERING, YOU WILL HAVE TO ADD THE ANIMAL ON EACH EXHIBITOR’S ACCOUNT.NOTE: AYE RECOMMENDS THAT YOU SAVE YOUR CART AFTER EVERY ENTRY.3. Once you have added all of your entries for that exhibitor, click the check out button. You will now be charged for your entries. Once you pay, you are all done with your entries!
