In 2024, the only way to reserve a campsite at AYE is through the online RV Sale on June 20th, 2024 through NXT GEN Online Sales. Each specific campsite will be auctioned off as a separate lot and will include 1 parking pass per campsite!
To purchase a VIP Parking Permit (The only parking inside the fairgrounds perimeter past Monday-Wednesday.), you will need to purchase a pass through the VIP Parking Pass link on JotForm (linked below!) There will be three lots available to VIP Parking Pass holders throughout the week and your pass allows you to park in any of the lots during AYE on Monday-Thursday. Lot 1 will be directly south of the Sheep and Goat barns, Lot 2 will be directly east of the cattle barns, and Lot 3 will be directly north of the swine barns. VIP PARKING PASSES ARE NOT VALID UNTIL MONDAY OF AYE!
