Please feel free to visit us in the main office with any questions to make your week easier!

Q: Do I need to sign a liability waiver?
A: No. By entering the fairgrounds at either gate, you will pass the unavoidably visible liability release signage stating that by entering the fairgrounds, you assume all risk and release the Arkansas Youth Expo from any and all liability. AYE is a voluntary event. By entering for AYE, all exhibitors were required to physically type “YES” to agree that they would follow all rules and regulations listed in the AYE rulebook. (Drug Testing, Alcohol, Age and affiliation requirements, etc.)

Q: Where do I pick up my packet/weight cards/back tags?
