2025 Validation and Entry Information
AN ENTRY WITHOUT A DNA SAMPLE SUBMITTED BY THE DEADLINE IS INELIGIBLE (if the animal requires a sample). DNA samples are proof of ownership for animals that are not papered. Registered ewes, gilts, heifers and bulls do not need to submit DNA. All other animals DO need a validation. ALL animals to be shown at AYE must have an entry.
2025 Entry and DNA Requirements:
Animals that MUST submit a DNA sample upon entering AYE. Any animal entered without submitting a hair sample will be ineligble to show at AYE.
- All Barrows and All Commercial Gilts
- All Market Wether Lambs and Commercial Ewes
- All Market Wether Goats and All Does
- All Market Steers and Commercial Heifers
Animals that do not have to submit a DNA sample (Enter Only):
- Registered Ewes
- Registered Gilts
- Registered Breeding Heifers
- Registered Bulls
2025 Entry Process:
All animals that show at AYE must have an entry on file. Between July 15th and 31st, 2025, log on to aye.fairwire.com and complete the entries for each exhibitor.

- Enter all appropriate exhibitor and animal information for the 2025 Arkansas Youth Expo.
- Submit cart, complete your payment and PRINT YOUR RECEIPT!
- ONLY APPLICABLE TO ALL MARKET ANIMALS AND COMMERCIAL FEMALES
- Navigate to the AYE website page “Validations and Entries” on aryouthexpo.com
- Print the DNA envelope templates you need for your animals.
- Collect a DNA sample of your animal with your 4-H or FFA leader and submit the sample and envelope template to the AYE office. All samples must be POSTMARKED by July 31st, 2025. No late DNA will be accepted and the animal will not be eligible for the 2025 Arkansas Youth Expo.
