The Arkansas Youth Expo Ambassador Program is a premier leadership opportunity designed to develop and empower young leaders who represent the voice of exhibitors across the state. Each year, 12 ambassadors are selected to serve as advocates and representatives of the Arkansas Youth Expo, working closely with AYE staff to communicate exhibitor feedback, support program initiatives, and help strengthen the overall exhibitor experience.

Throughout their term, ambassadors participate in meetings, special events, and leadership development opportunities that prepare them to represent AYE with professionalism and confidence. This includes attending the annual Ambassador Leadership Summit, where ambassadors grow their leadership skills, connect with industry leaders and sponsors, and collaborate with fellow ambassadors from across Arkansas.

The AYE Ambassador Program is more than a title — it is an opportunity to grow as a leader, build meaningful connections, and make a lasting impact on Arkansas’s junior livestock industry while representing something greater than yourself.

The Ambassador Leadership Summit is a cornerstone experience of the AYE Ambassador Program, held each July in Northwest Arkansas to prepare ambassadors for their role as leaders and representatives of the Arkansas Youth Expo. This exclusive, multi-day experience brings ambassadors together from across the state for intentional leadership development, connection, and growth.

During the summit, ambassadors participate in interactive leadership workshops designed to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and prepare them to represent exhibitors effectively. Ambassadors also have the opportunity to meet and interact with AYE sponsors and industry leaders, gaining valuable insight while building meaningful professional relationships.

The Leadership Summit emphasizes team building, networking, and collaboration, connecting ambassadors with other youth leaders in agriculture from across Arkansas. Ambassadors also work directly with AYE staff to present new ideas, share exhibitor perspectives, and help shape the future of the Arkansas Youth Expo.
