8a.m. – Fairgrounds available for RV and tack trailers Washington County Fairgrounds
8a.m.-5p.m. – Agricultural Mechanics Projects can move in Ag Mechanics Alley
Noon-5pm- Early Move in for Livestock
10p.m.- All RVs must be in place Washington County Fairgrounds
Sunday, October 5th
7a.m. – Barns open to all livestock and Agricultural Mechanics Wash. County Fairgrounds
8a.m. – 6p.m. – Backtags available for pick up AYE Main Office
5p.m.- GATES CLOSE. All livestock and Ag Mechanics projects must be on grounds
7p.m. – Church Service ADM Hog Arena
Monday, October 6th
8a.m. – SHEEP AND HOG SHOWMANSHIP CHECK IN DUE ONLINE
9a.m. – Purebred Ewe paper check followed by Commercial Ewe & Market Lamb Classification (Breeds and WFX only) Sheep & Goat Arena
9a.m. – Agricultural Mechanics Contest Ag Mechanics Alley
9a.m. – Commercial Gilt and Market Barrow Classification Swine Barns
10a.m. – Breeding Heifer and Bulls Paper Check Cattle Arena
12p.m. – COMMERCIAL EWE WEIGHTS DUE ONLINE
12p.m. – Purebred Gilt Paper Check ADM Swine Arena
1p.m. Lamb Showmanship Sheep & Goat Arena (Senior, Intermediate, Junior)
1p.m. – Cattle Fitting Contest Cattle Arena
2 p.m. Swine Showmanship ADM Hog Arena (Intermediate, Junior, Senior)

8a.m. – Purebred Breeding Ewe Show followed by the Commercial Ewe show
AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EWE SHOW, WE WILL BEGIN THE Wether Dam Show followed by the Breeding Doe Show
8a.m.- Cattle Showmanship Cattle Arena (Junior, Senior, Intermediate)
8a.m. – Breeding Gilt show begins (Breeds Only) ADM Hog Arena
12p.m.- All MARKET WETHER LAMBS, Does, English/American/Exoctic Commercial Heifers and Commercial Gilt weights due ONLINE via backtags
1p.m.- Goat Showmanship Sheep & Goat Arena (Senior, Intermediate, Junior)
1p.m. – Bull Show followed by American Heifer Show Cattle Arena
2p.m. – Skillathon Testing Pauline Whitaker Arena
4p.m. – Last Chance to start Skillathon Testing Pauline Whitaker Arena
6p.m. – Market Steer, Market Barrow and Market Goat weight cards due ONLINE via backtags
